Reporting into the Senior Director, Business Strategy and Communications, you’ll own the creative development of materials that build business acumen, raise awareness and inspire our team members.About the RoleCollaborate with the Business Strategy and Communications team to create assets that support the company’s initiativesDesign for digital mediums including newsletters, annual reports, leadership presentations, all-company meetings, etc.Act as design support for Rocket Loans senior leadership – create and refine presentation and reporting materials.Manage the production of all print materials (working alongside the print team) from conception to completionWork in partnership with the Business Strategy and Communications team to create and execute new content and internal communications campaigns (including video)Proactively recommend new visual solutions that support business needs.About You5 years of professional design experienceIdeal candidates will also have experience in filming and editing short-form video contentBachelor’s degree in design, art or a related field of studyAvailable portfolio of completed design projectsStrong aesthetic skills and keen attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced environmentWhat You’ll GetOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
